02 Account Registration & Security

When creating a client or customer account with ZOFTSH HOMES INTERIOR, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, passwords, and account access.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
• Accounts created with false identity information or intended for fraudulent activities will be suspended immediately.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service in our sole discretion.

03 E-Commerce, Pricing & Bespoke Furniture Orders

All furniture product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, and pricing displayed on our website are provided with maximum accuracy. However, slight variations in wood grain, fabric tones, or handcrafted textures may occur as part of our artisan manufacturing process.

04 Interior Design Consultations & Staging Services

Consultation bookings for home, office, or commercial interior design and real estate staging are subject to schedule availability.

• Initial site visits and design consultation booking fees are non-refundable once the consultant has conducted the session.
• Staging contracts, project milestones, and timeline deliverables are executed under separate written project agreements governed by these primary terms.
• Clients must ensure clear and safe access to project locations in Lagos or designated regions during scheduled site visits.

05 Mobile Showroom Service & Location Tracking

Our mobile showroom brings material samples, curated furniture models, and design experts directly to your location.

Real-time tracking of the mobile showroom's route is provided for active booking holders. Visits are subject to traffic conditions, weather factors, and location accessibility within Lagos State and surrounding service corridors.

06 Payment Processing & Financial Terms

We accept payments via integrated automated gateways (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave / Rave, BitPay) and verified manual transfer/deposits.

Orders are processed upon full payment authorization or verified deposit approval. All currency amounts are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) as specified during checkout.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including interior design layouts, product photography, 3D renderings, brand logos, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of ZOFTSH HOMES INTERIOR.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, decompiling, or commercializing any material from our platform without prior written authorization.

08 Limitation of Liability
